Use

In this Customizing activity, you create default query categories, which you can use to directly assign default queries to categories.

Requirements

Standard settings

If you do not assign categories in the Assign Query Role task, a default assignment is created for all customer defined queries that do not have a category assignment.

Activities

To define categories:

  1. Choose New Entries. The New Entries: Details of Added Entries screen appears.
  2. In the Category field, enter a category type. For example, enter GRFN_INBOX_ALL.
  3. In the Category Definition pane, enter a description in the Description field.
  4. Choose Display<->Change, and then save your changes.
