Use
In this Customizing activity, you can specify that certain issue types are not relevant for sign-off. In this way, for example, you can deactivate sign-off for issues from process design assessment. Such issues are then excluded from the list of issues requiring comments during sign-off.
If an issue type is activated, you can specify that the system only considers those issues with a specific priority or higher. If you select priority low, all issues are considered. If you select priority high, only issues with high priority are considered.
Requirements
Standard settings
By default, all issue types are considered during sign-off:
- All issue types are activated.
- The minimum priority for issues is low.
Activities
Checkmark the Sign-Off column for the issue types (Case and Category) you require.
