Use

In this Customizing activity, you specify the role the system uses to determine the owner of an object that is displayed in Process Control reporting. Since several roles can be relevant for a given object, this means several persons could also be the owner (responsible person). However, you can designate one to be displayed as the point of contact in the reports.

For the roles you assign here, you have to make sure that at least one person is assigned for each object.

This role definition is regulation-specific, so you must specify a role for each regulation you are using.

There is no default owner defined in the reporting backend. If you do not make any settings in this activity, then no owner is displayed in the reporting.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries and select an Entity ID from the F4 help.
  2. Select a Regulation Configuration from the F4 help of the second column.
  3. Select a Role from the F4 help of the third column.
  4. Save your entry.
