Use

In the Check Consistency of Validity Periods activity, you run a check on different object types to establish whether the validity of the subordinate objects lies within the validity of the parent objects. Execute this task periodically to ensure master data remains consistent.

If there are exceptions, they will be listed and should be investigated. In some cases, for example due to a reorganization, there may be appropriate reasons for the validity dates of the subordinate object to lie outside the validity dates of the parent.
