Use

In this Customizing activity, you configure the logical ports for the outbound GRC web services.

Requirements

An outbound HTTP connector for web services must be available. For more information, see the Configure RFC Connectors activity.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Click the Configure Port activity. The Display/Create Logical Port screen displays.
  2. Select a Proxy Class.
  3. In the Logical Port field, enter a name for the logical port.
  4. Click Create. A transport message displays.
  5. Click OK. A dialog box displays. Decide whether you want the port to be the default port and select Yes or No.
  6. In the Description field, enter a description for the logical port.
  7. On the Runtime tab, keep the default values.
  8. On the Call Parameters tab, click the HTTP Destination radio button. Click the dropdown menu and select an select an HTTP connection.
  9. Click the Check icon to test the configuration.
  10. Click Save.

Note: You must register the port as the connector for web services. For more information, see the Register Connectors activity.
