Use

In this Customizing activity, you can delete superfluous entries. After the system has been set up, table HRP1000 can contain entries that are not relevant.

If you do not delete these entries, the validity dates and the texts for the delivered object numbers are overlapped with new validity dates and texts that are created.

Standard settings

Activities

To clean up HR data:

  1. Double-click Delete Table Entries.
  2. Remove all settings for the selection except for the Test checkbox.
  3. Choose Execute. The screen displays the proposed deletions.
  4. Choose Back; and deselect the Test checkbox.
  5. Choose Execute to perform the task and to delete the entries.
  6. Choose Back; and double-click Rebuild Directory.
  7. Perform the following actions for the Plan Version:
    1. Enter 01 (current plan) and select Recompile Index.
    2. Choose Execute.
    3. Choose Yes.
    4. Choose Back.
    5. Enter (Never Use) and select Recompile Index.
    6. Choose Execute.
    7. Choose Yes.
    8. Save your entry.
