Use

In this Customizing activity, you create GRC survey types. After you create survey implementation classes, business events using Adobe Interactive Forms or the online survey application, you can maintain the survey types in this Customizing activity.

Requirements

You have ensure that survey implementation classes and business events exist.

For mass distribution surveys, the online option is not supported. Therefore you do not need to maintain the WebDynpro component.

Note: If you create your own implementation class, it must be inherited from the class CL_GRFN_SVYUSAGE.

The methods GET_RECIPIENT_LIST, GET_PDF_FORM, GET_MSG_VARIABLE, and GET_MESSAGE_CLASS must be defined and implemented.

Standard settings

Activities

Maintaing survey types:

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. In the Survey Type column, enter a survey type ID.
  3. In the Text column, enter a description.
  4. In the Survey Category column, select a survey category using the F4 function key.
  5. In the Question Category ID column, select a Question ID using the F4 function key..
  6. In the Business Event column, enter a business event.
  7. In ithe ABAP Class column, enter the class ID.
  8. In the Interface for PDF-Based Form column, enter an interface ID.
  9. In the Name for PDF-Based Form column, enter the form name.
  10. In the Online WD Component column, enter the ID of the online WebDynpro component.
  11. Save your entry.
