Use

In this Customizing activity, you specify whether compliance survey types are delivered in an offline form or in an online form. The forms are described below:

  • In the case of an offline form, you receive a PDF document in your e-mail inbox.
  • In the case of an online form, you receive a work item in your Work Inbox (in the application).

Note: You cannot maintain any survey types in this Customizing activity.

Requirements

You have maintained the required survey types using the Customizing activity Maintain Survey Types.

Standard settings

Activities

To maintain delivery for the compliance survey:

  1. Choose the Change pushbutton.
  2. In the Offline column, select or deselect the checkbox as required.
  3. Save your entry.
