Requirements

You have ensured the following:

• In Adobe Interactive Forms, the interface defined for the corresponding survey type is implemented.
• The required survey types are already defined using the Customizing activity Maintain Survey Types.

Standard settings

Activities

To maintain Adobe Interactive Forms for surveys:

1. Access the Assign Custom-Defined Forms for Surveys screen. Select the form used in the survey activity.
2. Choose Display -> Change.
3. In the Customer Form Name column, enter the Adobe form name.
4. Save your entry.
