Use
In this Customizing activity, you can maintain the LDAP server information to the policy. The default LDAP server will be the one which is used to get LDAP data, such as policy survey recipients' email address.

Activities
To create a new LDAP server, choose New Entries. To change a LDAP server, select an existing one and choose Change.
Maintain the LDAP server info.
In the LDAP server: symbolic name field, enter a name to specify the LDAP server. It is the logical name of the LDAP server.
In the Default field, you can mark it as default server. There can only be one default server for each LDAP application.
In the Host name of LDAP server field, enter the server host name.
In the Port No. field, enter the port number. This is used for the connection to the LDAP server.
In the Version field, choose version in the dropdown list. This field specifies the LDAP protocol version to be used.
In the Base entry field, enter the base directory tree entry. It is the unique name for the entry in the directory. The name describes the uppermost position in the directory tree.
In the User ID for System Logon field, enter the user id. This field specifies the entry in the LDAPUSER view that is to be used for logging on to this directory.
The ReadAnonym checkbox specifies that read access to the directory is performed with anonymous users.
In the Product field, choose product info in the dropdown list. This field specifies the product that is addressed using this entry.
In the Appl. field, choose the application information in the dropdown list. This field specifies the SAP application that uses this server.
In the Object Class for DL field, input the object class for DL field, for example, 'Group'.
In the Object Class for User field, input the object class for the User field, for example, 'User'.
In the Search DL by field, input the DL attribute, for example, 'Display Name'.
