Use

In this Customizing activity, you can define the upper limit of the total size of all the attachments for each policy. The upper limit for attachments in an application is dependent on the limits that are set for e-mail attachments on your e-mail server. The attachments are sent by way of e-mail during policy distribution. For example, the Acknowledge, Quiz, and Survey distribution methods.

If you do not set an upper limit, there is no upper limit to the attachment size.

To set the upper limit for the attachment size:

  1. Choose Edit.
  2. Enter a number (in kilobytes) for the upper limit size.
  3. Choose Save.
