Use
In this Customizing activity, you can generate new workflow configuration versions for Multi-Stage Multi-Path (MSMP) workflow processes. You can change definitions for the paths and stages, and can then generate new versions. Upon activation, the new process requests are used in the new workflows.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
To generate MSMP process versions:
- Enter a single or multiple MSMP process IDs.
- If you only want to create a report that lists the changes to the configuration, then select the Simulation Mode checkbox.
- Choose Execute.
The application generates a new version of changed configurations. In addition to this, the application perform a consistency check and displays the following: - Errors and warnings that have occurred during activation
- Changes made since activation of the previous version
