Use

In this Customizing activity, you can configure the service provider and consumer proxies to allow other systems to connect to the GRC system as the target system.

Requirements

For the Consumer Proxy, you have created an outbound HTTP connector for web services, by using the Customizing activity Create Connectors.

Standard settings

Activities

To configure Service Providers:

  1. On the Service Administration tab page, choose Single Service Configuration.
    The Web Service Administration screen appears.
  2. In the Search By field, select Service, and in the Field field, select External Name.
  3. In the Search Pattern field, enter the relevant names:

  • For Process Control, select from the following functions and subscenarios:
    • For Ad Hoc Issues, enter GRFNAHIssueIn
    • For Continuous Monitoring Event, enter GRFN_EVENT_RECEIVE
    • For Continuous Monitoring External Partner, enter GRFN_CCI_AM_WEBSERVICE_IN
  • For Access Control, select from the following web services:
    • For Audit Log, enter GRAC_AUDIT_LOGS_WS
    • For EUP Configuration Data, enter GRAC_EUP_CONFIG_DATA_WS
    • For Exit from IDM , enter GRAC_EXIT_FROM_IDM_WS
    • For Fire Fighter Information, enter GRAC_FIRE_FIGHTER_WS
    • For Lookup, enter GRAC_LOOKUP_WS
    • For Organization Assignment Request , enter GRAC_ORG_ASSGN_REQUEST_WS
    • For Provision Log, enter GRAC_PROV_LOGS_WS
    • For Request Details, enter GRAC_REQUEST_DETAILS_WS
    • For Request Status , enter GRAC_REQUEST_STATUS_WS
    • For Risk Analysis with Request Number, enter GRAC_RISK_ANALYSIS_WITH_NO_WS
    • For Risk Analysis without Request Number, enter GRAC_RISK_ANALYSIS_WOUT_NO_WS
    • For Role Details, enter GRAC_ROLE_DETAILS_WS
    • For Search Role, enter GRAC_SEARCH_ROLES_WS
    • For Select Application, enter GRAC_SELECT_APPL_WS
    • For User Access Request , enter GRAC_USER_ACCES_WS
    • For User Existing Assignment, enter GRAC_USER_EXISTING_ASSGN_WS

  1. Choose Go.
    The Search Results section appears.
  2. Select a web service and choose Apply Selection.
    The Details of Service Definition section appears.
  3. On the Configurations tab page, choose Create Endpoint.
    The SOA Management screen appears.
  4. Choose Apply Settings.

To configure Consumer Proxies:

  1. On the Service Administration tab page, choose Single Service Configuration.
    The Web Service Administration screen appears.
  2. In the Search By field, select Consumer Proxy, and in the Field field, select External Name.
  3. In the Search Pattern field, for Process Control, enter the relevant names from the follow functions and subscenarios:
    • For Continuous Monitoring External Partner, enter CCIAMWebServiceOut
  4. Choose Go.
    The Search Results section appears.
  5. Select a web service and choose Apply Selection.
    The Details of Proxy Definition section appears.
  6. On the Configurations tab page, choose Create Logical Port.
    The SOA Management screen appears.
  7. Enter all required information, and then choose Apply Settings.

    Note: You must register the logical port as the connector for web services. For more information, see the Customizing activity Maintain Connectors and Connection Types.
