Use

In this Customizing activity, you specify the agent determination rules for business events in Process Control and Risk Management. For each business event, you configure the role that determines the user agent(s) that is the recipient of the corresponding workflow activity.

Requirements

Roles must have been maintained using Transaction PFCG.

• For Risk Management, the entities must be assigned to the corresponding roles in the activity Maintain Entity Role Assignment.
• For Process Control, the entities must be assigned to the corresponding roles in the activities:
• Authorizations -> Maintain Entity Role Assignment and
• Maintain Regulation Role Assignment.
• The corresponding users must be assigned to the roles in the Role Assignment tab of the application.

Standard settings

Activities

1. To configure a new recipient for a business event, click New Entries.
2. Select a business event from the dropdown list.
3. In the Sort column, select the sequence of the user agents. If you enter nothing here, this item is sequenced with 0 (zero).
4. Select a role to be used with the business event, as well as the corresponding entity type and subtype for it. Subtypes are generally only required for the following entities: Assessment, Testing, Test Log, and Issues.
