This activity will disable the possiblity to store links with various GRC objects on the "Attachments & Links" tab.

The background for this option is a potential security concern in case users would post links to unsecure content into the system and by that tempt others to click these links. It has to be decided during the setup whether the users of the system are trustworthy enough to take that risk.
