Use

In this Customizing activity, the number range is established to facilitate the transfer of information between GRC Internal Audit Management (IAM) and NetWeaver Audit Management. During the transfer, the number is the key prefix of the subprocess.

You can set the number ranges for audit step handling. The settings are maintained using the automatic number range object GRFN_AMT_SUBPR.

Requirements

  1. Select this Customizing activity (transaction GRFN_AMT_SUBPR).
  2. Choose Change Intervals. The Maintain Intervals screen appears.
  3. Enter the interval values for the subprocesses. The number ranges are according to business need. A broad range is recommended to avoid frequent reconfiguration.
    • Number: 01 for Subprocess
    • From number: 0000000001
    • To number: 9999999999
  4. Save your entry.
