Use

In this Customizing activity, you can maintain custom user groups and add users to the groups. You can use custom user groups to perform activities, such as risk analysis, for the group instead of separately for each user.

For example, you create a group Group_A , and then add User_01 through User_10. You can then perform the activity on the Group_A.

Activities

To maintain custom user groups:

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter the name and description for the group.
  3. Save the entry.
  4. To add users to the group do as follows:
    1. Select a user group and double-click Maintain User ID for the Custom Group.
    2. Choose New Entries.
    3. Enter user IDs as required.
    4. Save the entry.
