Use

In this Customizing activity, you can create and edit the available role sensitivity values. Role sensitivity is an attribute that you assign to roles. You can use the role sensitivity with PFCG to organize the authorization structure for your company. For example, in PFCG, you can specify that only roles with role sensitivity of Restricted are authorized to access the internal company portal.

This attribute is available in a dropdown list on the Role Management screen of the application.

The application delivers the following standard role sensitivity values:

1     Normal

2     Confidential

3     Restricted

Activities

To define role sensitivity:

  1. Choose New Entries, and then enter a user-defined numeric value between 1 and 999 in the Role Sensitivity column.
  2. Enter a user defined description
  3. Save your entry.
