Use

In this Customizing activity, you can create and edit the list of available projects and product releases. Projects are major undertakings planned by organizations. Some organizations may refer to projects by its product release name or version, for example, Customer Relation Manager 1.0

In the application, the names for the projects and product release are attributes that you can assign to specific roles. They are available in a dropdown list in the role management screens. You can use the attribute to specify that a role is relevant for a specific project or product release.
