Use
In this IMG activity, you make choices about configurable parameters for the Fiori application Request Access.
The following parameters are available for configuration:
Parameter Description
Business Process Default Business Process for the request
Company Default Company for the request
Document Name for Request Access Name of custom text for application
Employee Type Default Employee Type for the request
Environment Default Environment for the business role
Functional Area Default Functional Area for the request
Number of Days to Display Request Status Determines requests that are displayed for the past several days on the initial screen
Priority Default Priority for the request
Request Type Default Request Type for the request
User Attribute to Display Enables additional search field in the Select User search function.
Activities
Follow the steps below to configure each parameter:
- Choose New Entries.
- Using the dropdown menu, choose a parameter.
- Enter an appropriate value for the parameter that you chose.
- Save your entries.
Example
For example, if you are configuring the parameter Business Process, you might choose Finance as a value.
