Use

In this Customizing activity, you can active the current number range that the application uses to process User Provisioning requests.

Requests for User Provisioning are identified through a system of distinct numbers. You can define a range of unique request numbers. The application uses these numbers for invoices and identification. For example, you can configure a number range to reflect the month of April by setting your number range between 0401and 0430 (both inclusive).

The application does not activate the number ranges automatically. You must activate the number range after it reaches its last invoice number.

Requirements

You have maintained the number range and intervals in the Customizing acitivity Maintain Number Range Intervals for Provisioning Requests for the object GRACREQNO.
