Use
In this Customizing activity, you use transaction SM36 to schedule the background job to delete data from the temporary database tables. This maintenance task helps to prevent obsolete temporary data from using more and more database space.

Standard settings
Activities
To schedule the background job:
- In the ABAP Program field, enter GRFN_CLEANUP_GRFNWFLONGURLPAR.
- Leave the program parameters and variant fields empty.
The default parameters of the ABAP report include all parameters necessary to delete all data from the previous days from the temporary database table. - Specify the periodic job frequency as Daily or as needed.
- Save the entry.
