Use
In this Customizing activity, you maintain the association between the actions that start an HR trigger and the HR systems.
When an event is triggered in the SAP or non-SAP HR system (such as the hiring or the termination of an employee), rules are applied along with their corresponding HR triggers. The system then performs an action in the form of a request.
You can view logs in SLG1 using the object GRAC and subobject HR TRIGGER.
Requirements
You have:
- Created the HR Triggers rules in the GRC System BRFplus application
- Created rules in the BRFplus application
- Completed the mapping using the Customizing activity Maintain Mapping for Actions and Connector Groups
Standard settings
Activities
To maintain settings for HR trigger:
- Choose New Entries.
- Maintain the settings as required.
- Save the entry.
- Select an action and then double-click Maintain System.
- Choose New Entries.
- In the System column, select a system form the dropdown list.
- In the Valid From and Valid To columns, select the required dates.
- Save the entry.
