Use

In this Customizing activity, you can schedule the Batch Risk Analysis. Batch Risk Analysis is required for Offline Risk Analysis and Management reports.

Requirements

You have completed the following Customizing activities:

Standard settings

Activities

  1. In the Job Name field, enter the job name.
  2. In the System field, enter the name of the back-end system.
  3. In the Batch Mode Processing field, select Incremental or Full.
  4. In the Rule Set field, select the rule set.
  5. Under the Object Selection area, select from the following and enter the relevant information:
    • User Analysis
    • Role Analysis
    • Profile Analysis
    • HR Object Analysis
  6. Under the Risk Analysis Type area, select the appropriate analysis type.
  7. Choose Execute.

RESULTS

The activity performs Access Risk Analysis for the selected objects based on the selection criteria. The violation data is updated into the respective violation tables for the selected types of reports.
