Use

In this Customizing activity, you can specify when the application executes the e-mail reminder background job for the Multi-Stage, Multi-Path (MSMP) processes. This background job sends e-mail notifications for the MSMP processes, such as escalation notifications.

Activities

To schedule the background job:

  1. In the ABAP Program field, enter GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER.
  2. Maintain the days for the reminder, the frequecy of the reminder, and so on.
  3. To enable e-mail reminders for each MSMP process, schedule the program several times, once for each of the corresponding process IDs.
    To disable e-mail reminders for specific processes, cancel the corresponding scheduled job.
  4. Save the entry.
