Use

In this Customizing activity, you synchronize the action usage data from the back-end system to the GRAC repository. Action usage data is the data related to the user executed transactions. This data is required for SoD Risk Analysis and Alert Generation.

Requirements

• You have installed the GRCPIERP plug-in component on the ERP back end system
• You have completed the following Customizing activities:
• Create Connectors
• Maintain Connectors and Connection Types
• Maintain Connection Settings

Standard settings

Activities

1. In the Connector field, enter the name of the back-end system.
2. In the Users field, select the users for which the action usage data is to be synchronized.
3. Choose Execute.

Results

The activity updates the following data in the repository database:

• Users Action usage info
• Alert Action Log
