Use
In this IMG activity you determine whether the general authorization check or the authorization check for each position should be active.
In the case of the general authorization check, the system determines all the possible combinations for the company code, valuation area and product type, based on the predefined selection options. The check is only successful if you have the relevant authorization for all the combinations when executing the report. If you do not have all the necessary authorization, the system does not execute the report.
For the authorization check for each position, the system checks for each position item whether you have the corresponding authorization when executing the report. The system only displays the positions for which you are authorized.
