In this step of the IMG, you define parameters for feature PM007. By assigning objects to an employee grouping here, you ensure that a commitment item can be determined for the objects in question.
You can use the following fields to determine the employee grouping:
BUKRS Company code
WERKS Personnel area
BTRTL Personnel subarea
PERSG Employee group
PERSK Employee subgroup
You can specify the employee groupings that you defined in the step Define Employee Groupings for Finding Commitment Items as return values for this feature.
Once you have completed the current step, you can move on to the next step (Define Default Values for Commitment Items), where you can define a default commitment item for each return value in the feature.
Example
You want to assign all the civil servants in your organization to the employee grouping 001 - Civil Servants, which you defined in the previous IMG step.
In this case, you would define feature PM007 as follows:
PM007 Defining Groupings for Finding Commitment Items
|
|__PERSG Employee group
| |__1 Active
| |__PERSK Employee subgroup
| | |__OB Civil servants
| | |__001 (=return value)
| |__Other
| |__002 (= return value)
|__Other
|__002 (= return value)
Requirements
You must have defined groupings in the previous IMG step (Define Employee Groupings for Determining Commitment Items).
