Use

In this IMG activity, you can schedule a job so that, after tasks have been carried forward into a new timeframe, the relevant documents for those tasks are also copied into the new timeframe. This applies to documents that were created for issues or remediation plans during assessment and tests.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

Enter the following in the job wizard:

  1. Job name: FOPC_DOCUMENTS_CLONING_JOB
  2. Job class: C - Low priority
  3. Choose ABAP Program Step.
  4. ABAP program name: FOPC_DOCUMENTS_CLONING_JOB
  5. On the Multi-Step Option screen, choose Continue without making an entry.
  6. Choose After Event.
  7. Enter the following:
    • Event: SAP_END_OF_JOB
    • Parameter: FOPC_SAP_JOB_CARRY_FORWARD
    • Set the Period indicator.
