Use

In this IMG activity, you schedule the program Close (FOPC_CLOSING_BACKGROUND). Once sign-off has been performed for an organizational unit, the program copies any open cases to the new timeframe and clears the workflows.

Standard settings

Activities

Enter the following in the job wizard:

  1. Job name: FOPC_AFTER_SIGNOFF_JOB
  2. Job class: B - Medium priority
  3. Choose ABAP Program Step.
  4. ABAP program name: FOPC_CLOSING_BACKGROUND
  5. On the Multi-Step Option screen, choose Continue without making an entry.
  6. Choose After Event.
  7. Enter the following:
    • Event name: SAP_END_OF_JOB
    • Parameter: FOPC_SAP_JOB_AFTER_SIGNOFF
    • Set the Period indicator.
