Use
In this activity, you assign a business system to the master data packages you created earlier for the distribution of data to the transactional systems.
After you make this assignment and once an edition is released, the master data packages are available for distribution to the business system.
Requirements
The following prerequisites must be met:
- You have created the necessary master data packages.
- You have created the system landscape in Process Integration and established the link to Process Integration from the central system. This step can be skipped if you do not use enterprise services.

Activities
To assign a business system to a master data package, proceed as follows:
- Specify the master data package to which you want to assign a business system.
- Assign a business system to the master data package.
- Save your entries.
