Use

In this Customizing activity, you create the forms you require for printing entity types in single processing.

For information about print forms, see SAP NetWeaver Library under SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe -> PDF-based Print Forms.

Requirements

You have generated data model-specific structures.

Standard settings

SAP delivers forms along with data model 0G.

Activities

  1. Creating a form interface
    1. Enter a (technical) name for the form interface and choose Create.
    2. Also add the import parameter IS_DATA. The parameter type corresponds to the structure you have generated under Generate Data Model-specific Structures for the respective entity type and usage in PDF-based Forms. Therefore, for the Type Description enter the following character string. (You can look up its components in the Customizing activity Generate Data Model-specific Structures.)
      3. <prefix/namespace>_SX_<data model>_<name of structure>
      Note: The import parameter must be called IS_DATA; and you must not define any other parameters.
    3. Activate your form interface.
  2. Creating a form

    Create a form that is based on the interface you just created.
