Use

In this IMG activity you define the dependencies required between different events that can occur in the processing of SAP Credit Management and processes of SAP Credit Management that are to be triggered when these events occur. For example, if a business partner's score changes, the risk class should also be changed accordingly.

You can also forward the information about events that are to occur to external systems via an XI interface. The external systems themselves are responsible for any follow-on processes in these systems.

Requirements

If you want to forward credit information to external systems, make sure that the external information providers are connected to the following interface via the XI infrastructure: CreditWorthinessChangeNotification_Out (Credit Management event) in name range http://sap.com/xi/FSCM.

Standard settings

In the standard delivery, all relevant activities, event types and any useful follow-on processes are defined; you can select them via the input help. If you require a more detailed control of the events and follow-on processes, you can realize this via the BAdI: Follow-On Process for Event.

Some assignments are also defined, for example: The score changes for a business partner; this triggers both the adjustment of the risk class and the adjustment of the credit limit in all credit segments.

Activities

  1. Under Events choose the required Activities and assign the corresponding Event Types to them.

To enable an external update of the changes using an XI interface when a event occurs, select the field Publish Externally..

  2. For each event type, define the required follow-on processes.
