Use

In this Customizing activity, you can customize the email notification templates for all scenarios in the Financial Closing cockpit Add-On. SAP delivers a notification template for each scenario. You cannot change the delivered templates, but you can create your own templates and use them for notifications. You can use the templates that you create in this Customizing activity in theDefine Notification Configurations Customizing activity.

To create or change a template in this Customizing activity, select Dialog Text in the Document Class field. Select the language you use, enter the name of the template in the Dialog text field, and click the Create or Change button.
