Use
In this Customizing activity, you define a custom group that represents a level in the closing hierarchy for tasks in the Financial Closing cockpit application. You define the group according to your business needs. You can choose from the groups you have defined in this Customizing activity in the relevant group field on the Additional Dimensions tab in the Display/Create/Change Task dialog box. The SAP Smart Business for financial close application displays this dimension on its user interface. You can drill down to this dimension to make detailed analyses on the closing cycle.
Requirements
You have enabled additional dimensions by completing the following steps:
- Run transaction SA38.
- Enter program
FCC_ADDNL_DIMEN_ONand choose the Execute (F8) pushbutton. - Select the Enable Additional Dimensions radio button and choose the Execute (F8) pushbutton.
Note
This Customizing activity is always visible regardless of whether the dimensions are enabled or disabled. Use this Customizing activity only if the additional dimensions are enabled.

To display the customized texts that fit your business needs rather than the SAP-delivered texts for the three groups on the user interface of SAP Smart Business for financial close, update the labels of the following three dimensions in the query view sap.hba.r.fcc.ClosingProgressQuery accordingly in the SAP HANA Studio:
