Use

In this Customizing activity, you create a variant for the HR TIME: Time Evaluation (RPTIME00) report and link this variant to the report call, according to the example implementation CL_HR_NL_FBN_CHOICE_VPLAN for BAdI BADI_HR_NL_FBN_CHOICE.

SAP strongly recommends that choices regarding absence plans are processed by the time evaluation as soon as possible. Running the time evaluation within the recommended timeframe ensures the timely maintenance of an employee's quota, and that future employee choice changes refer to the correct quota value.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system provides the example implementation CL_HR_NL_FBN_CHOICE_VPLAN for BAdI BADI_HR_NL_FBN_CHOICE. We recommend that you copy the example implementation provided and adapt it to suit your own needs.

Activities

This activity consists of the following steps:

  • Create a variant
    In this step, you create a variant for the HR TIME: Time Evaluation (RPTIME00) report, specifying the scheme for use in the time evaluation. Note that the other settings in the variant are not processed.
  • Link the variant to Flexible Benefits
    In this step, you identify which variant should be used by Flexible Benefits, depending on diverse organizational settings.
