Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Flexible Benefits NL (FlexBenNL) component.
You can use this BAdI to change a diverse range of settings within FlexBenNL ESS.
Requirements
You have completed FlexBenNL Customizing activities.
Standard settings
If the BAdI is not implemented, the standard FlexBenNL settings are used.
The BAdI Implementation can be filtered according to benefit area.
The use of multiple implementations is strongly encouraged.
It is not necessary to implement any of the methods of the BAdI.
To change the Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file that is used to provide an overview of choices to a company-specific form, use method CHANGE_PDF_KEUZEOVERZICHT.

Example
- You can use this BAdI to check that an employee who participates in a save-as-you-earn scheme does not participate in a lifespan leave-saving plan, and vice versa. It is also possible to provide advice to the employee. If an employee participates in the lifespan leave-saving plan, a declaration of non-participation in the save-as-you-earn scheme must be submitted to the salary administration.
- You can use this BAdI to print various different overviews of choices (for example, with a different logo) per legal person or on a yearly basis. Each overview of choices makes use of the interface of the SAP overview of choices. Without this BAdI, the same overview is available for all employees.
- You can use this BAdI to determine the relevant administrator to whom the signed overview of choices must be sent.
