Use

This IMG step enables you to:

  • create an information text to be displayed at the bottom of the pay slip. You can do so by creating a general text object (TX). The technical name of this text object must have the following name format: Z05FBN_SIMTEXT_.. For example Z05FBN_SIMTEXT_01 for the first general text object.
  • assign this information text to the pay slip with help of feature Assign additional Text to Bottom of Simulation Pay Slip (NLFBD).

Activities

Create an information text to be displayed at the bottom of the pay slip

  1. Choose document class 'General Text' (TX)
  2. Choose the desired language
  3. Enter the technical code for the document name: Z05FBN_SIMTEXT_..
  4. Click on the Create button
  5. Write the the information text to be displayed at the bottom of the pay slip
  6. Save your entries
