Use
In this Customizing activity, you include payroll functions that process Flexible Benefits choices in the required schemas.
You include functions as follows:
- Import Flexible Benefits (P0897)
- Fixed Flexible Benefits Adjustment (NLFB0)
- Variable Flexible Benefits Adjustment (NLFB1)
- Automatic Flexible Benefits Settlement Upon Leaving (NLFB2)
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
Include the functions in the required schemas, as follows:
- Import Flexible Benefits (P0897) function must be included at the end of the Import Master Data (NLBG) schema before GON.
- Fixed Flexible Benefits Adjustment (NLFB0) function and Variable Flexible Benefits Adjustment (NLFB1) function need to be included at the end of the Process Other Payments/Deductions (NAP0) schema before BLOCK END.
- Variable Flexible Benefits Adjustment (NLFB1) function must be included in the Factoring and Storage (Netherlands) (NAL0) schema after GEN/8 16 and before COPY NWWA.
- Automatic Flexible Benefits Settlement Upon Leaving (NLFB2) function must be called and included in other schemas, as follows:
- Factoring and Storage (Netherlands) (NAL0) schema
NLFB2 should be called after all calls to functions NLFB0 and NLFB1 are completed. We recommend including a time-dependency (as of the currently open payroll period), to ensure that there is no interference with manual settlements upon leaving. - If you use the Determination of Cafeteria Margin for Pension Salary (NCFR) schema, then you need to include an ignore call before the call to NAL0.
- If you have developed any customer-specific Flexible Benefits schemas that use fictitious payroll runs, you need to review these and consider whether an ignore call is also required before the call to NAL0.
