Use

You can use this IMG activity to determine approval for adjustment reasons. This means you can specify whether the plan can be adjusted by the employee if there is an adjustment reason.

Requirements

You have created an adjustment reason, an adjustment group and a benefit plan.

Standard settings

If no record is available for a combination of adjustment reason, adjustment group and benefit plan, it is by default assumed that no interim adjustment is allowed.

Activities

  1. Click the "New Entry" button
  2. Select the desired adjustment reason
  3. Select the desired adjustment group
  4. Select the desired plan
  5. Determine if you want to grant approval to adjustments of the plan choice made by the employee if the corresponding adjustment reason occurs
  6. If you want to grant approval, specify that the plan can be adjusted by the employee
  7. You can select, whether a plan may be both newly selected and changed, only newly selected or only changed due to an adjustment reason
  8. Save your entries
  9. Repeat step 2 to 8 for all combinations of adjustment reasons, adjustment groups and plans for which interim adjustments are allowed.
