Use

If you have defined a customer-specific GUI status in the planning grid you can use this user exit to execute various customer-specific functions.

The system transfers the calling function (function code), the planning organizational unit (OU), the mode of the planning grid (display of multi-scheduling control) and the active tab page to the user exit. It also transfers services, appointments, patients for initial and follow-up visits, as well as a list of the planning objects of the planning grid.

If you call the planning grid from the preregistration dialog, the system may also transfer data which has not yet been saved.

The tables with the previously named data (e.g. services) are only used for data transfer. The planning grid will not take any changes into consideration.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

When you execute the activity you access project management for SAP enhancements (transaction CMOD). If necessary, create a new project and assign the enhancement SAPLN1USEGUI to the project.

Example

You define a customer-specific GUI status and insert the Patient Organizer pushbutton. In the user exit you implement that the system calls the patient organizer when this pushbutton is used.
