Use
In this IMG activity you can define the layout of the selection screen that the system displays with function Search for Collection Case. This layout is defined using the profile for the case search.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP delivers FCL_COLL as a sample profile for the case search. In order to create your own profile for the case collection search, use FCL_COLL as a template and then define the fields you need. Note that all profiles for the case search must access table UHCCASEATTR20 with Debt Recovery Management for Public Sector.
Activities
Example
In order to search for your cases using the business partner, you must use a profile that contains attribute FICA-GPART.
