Use
In this IMG activity you define which attributes are displayed when a collection case is called. On doing this this, you can define the display and maintenance characteristics of each individual attribute.
Requirements
If you also want to use user-specific attributes, you must first add the user-specific fields in the data dictionary in customer include CI_UHCCASEATTR20. Customer include CI_UHCCASEATTR20 is included in database table UHCCASEATTR20.
Standard settings
SAP delivers attribute profile FCL_COLL as an example. To create your own attribute profile, use FCL_COLL as a template and define the attributes you need. Note that all attribute profiles for Debt Recovery Management for Public Sector must access table UHCCASEATTR20.
Activities
- Copy the attribute profile FCL_COLL delivered.
- For clarity you should only define one attribute group for each attribute profile if possible.
- Assign the necessary attributes.
