Use
In this IMG activity you can maintain the SAPscript text IDs for case notes. A text ID is a heading for a note that describes the intention of the note.
Requirements
An element type for the service provider SCMG_SP_CASE_NOTES (notes for cases) must have been created in the Records Management registry. The parameter value of the connection parameter OBJECT of this element type must contain the SAPscript text object that you want to use for case notes.
The standard delivery contains the element type SCMG_SPS_CASE_NOTES. In this element type, the value SCMG_CASE has been defined for the connection parameter OBJECT.
Standard settings
For the SAPscript text object SCMG_CASE, which is used in the element type SCMG_SPS_CASE_NOTES, the standard delivery contains the following text IDs:
- 0001 Description
- 0002 Internal Note
- 0003 Concluding Remark
- 0004 Response
Activities
Select the text objects and IDs and choose Display. Select the text object that is defined in your element type for case notes for the connection parameter OBJECT by double-clicking it. (In the standard delivery, this is the text object SCMG_CASE). Enter the text IDs and their meaning, and select the field Display Text Name for each text ID.
Save your entries.
