Use
In the following IMG activities, you make the settings for Dispute Case Processing and notification via SAP Business Workflow.
Requirements
You have carried out Customizing for SAP Dispute Management and Accounts Receivable Accounting (FI-AR) or Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).
In Customizing for the SAP Business Workflow (SAP NetWeaver -> SAP Web Application Server -> Business Management), you have carried out the IMG activity Maintain Standard Settings.
You have configured SAPconnect such that e-mails can be sent.
Standard settings
In the standard delivery, the workflow samples WF01700044 and WF01700051 are used for dispute case processing via workflow, whereby the latter merely provides the notification functions of WF01700044. WF01700044 controls the complete notification and sending of work items.
Activities
Carry out task-specific Customizing:
In the component FIN-FSCM-DM-DM, you have to activate the event linkage for the relevant workflow. You do not have to assign a processor; this takes place via the dispute case. If you do not use the workflow samples from the standard delivery, you have to make sure that all tasks that are not background tasks are defined as general tasks.
If you want to use your own event logic for the workflow, you have to process the IMG activity BAdI: Trigger Events.
If certain users are not to be notified when a dispute case is assigned to them, you have to enter these users in the IMG activity Define Regular Processors for Dispute Cases. You can enter these users as current setting. From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Accounting -> Financial Supply Chain Management -> Dispute Management -> Current Settings in Dispute Case Processing -> Regular Processor.
