Use
You can use this IMG activity to select the permitted values for each attribute profile for the attribute Reason for Escalation.
You can determine the values that are available for selection by using the IMG activity Create Values for Attribute "Reason for Escalation".
Requirements
In the attribute profile, the attribute Reason for Escalation (ESCAL_REASON) has to be flagged as a dropdown for the display so as to avoid entry errors.

Make sure that the attribute field Escalation Reason in the dispute case is protected by the authorization object F_UDM_ESCA. Using this authorization object, you can define which escalation reasons the user can enter in the attribute Escalation Reason in the dispute case. If you also want the user to be able to enter values in this field, you have to assign the appropriate authorization to him.
