Use
In this IMG activity you can maintain the SAPscript text IDs for case notes. A text ID is a heading for a note, which describes the intention of the note.
Requirements
You must have already created an element type for the service provider SCMG_SP_CASE_NOTES (case notes) in the IMG activity Create Element Type. In the connection parameter OBJECT of this element type, the SAPscript text object SCMG_CASE must be entered as parameter value.
Standard settings
The standard delivery contains the following text IDs for the SAPscript text object SCMG_CASE:
- 0001 Description
- 0002 Internal note
- 0003 Closing comment
- 0004 Answer
Activities
Select the text objects and IDs and choose Display. Doubleclick on the text object SCMG_CASE to select it. Enter the text IDs and their meaning and select the field 'Display Text Name' for each text ID. The text IDs that you have created must be within the customer name range.
Save your entries.
