Use

You determine the appearance of your correspondence by defining forms. You then enter these forms in the IMG activity Define and Configure Actions, where you define your correspondence processes.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard delivery contains forms for correspondence in dispute case processing. These forms begin with the prefix UDM_.

The forms with the ending _INT are designed for e-mail or fax purposes. These forms have no letter header. Forms without the ending _INT are designed for correspondence sent as letters (with letter header).

As standard, you can use the following information for output in all standard forms delivered by SAP:

  • All attributes of the dispute case
  • Long texts for selected technical attributes
  • Notes
  • Object keys of the objects that are saved in the record of the dispute case
  • Postal recipient address, for correspondence in the form of a letter
  • A sender address (address of the company code)

Activities

Copy the relevant (delivered) forms and adjust the appearance and content of the copy to meet your requirements. If you use the standard format FIN_DM_BCS or FICA_DM_BCS, it is important that you do not change the form interface. You assign the format in the action configuration in the IMG activity Define and Configure Actions. However, you can create your own format for the SmartForms.
