Use

In order to print project elements in your project you need print forms. SAP delivers a number of reference print forms with the standard system. You can add other print forms. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Create a Smart Form (IMG activity Create Smart Forms)

    SAP Smart Forms are the basis for the print forms you wish to use in your project.

  2. Create a BAdI implementation for the corresponding form (IMG activity BAdI: Print Forms)
  3. Activate the print form

In this IMG activity you activate the print form you want to use to print project elements in your project.

Requirements

  1. Using SAP Smart Forms you created print forms (see IMG activity Create Smart Forms). We recommend that you copy one of the forms delivered by SAP, and change it according to your needs. You can also create a new form.
  2. You created BAdI implementations for the new print forms (see IMG activity BAdI: Print Forms).

Standard settings

Print forms are already available for some project elements in the standard system. If you do not want to use these forms you must reset the active indicator set in the standard system.

Activities

Create print templates by selecting an existing form. Note that you must set the active indicator if you want to use the new templates in your project.
