Use
In this Customizing activity, you can create PDF-based forms for creating status reports and approval documents for your projects, as well as forms for printing project elements and the milestone trend analysis.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP supplies PDF-based forms for the following project elements in the standard system:

Activities
To create your own forms for these project elements, copy the form supplied by SAP and adapt it to meet your requirements.
Note that you can only use the form once you have performed the following additional steps:
- Activate the form in the Customizing activity Activate Forms per Project Type.
- Create a new BAdI implementation for the form in the Customizing activity BAdI: PDF-Based Forms.
